The White Butterfly Story
I see white butterflies everywhere. All the time. They appear when I step onto my deck, walk the dog, or even drive - gliding across my windshield, sometimes following me to the traffic light. They seem to come during moments of uncertainty, as if emerging from nowhere when I'm deep in thought about my life. They show up when I'm anxious, like before a doctor's appointment, or when I feel overwhelmed and exhausted. But they also arrive in peaceful moments, when contentment and gratitude settles over me. After my brother passed away, a kaleidoscope of white butterflies appeared, fluttering by as if to reassure me that he was okay. Their presence has always brought me a sense of comfort and peace, a quiet reminder that I'm not alone - even in my darkest moments.

White butterflies to me, symbolize purity and the essence of all life. They serve as a quiet reminder of the vast potential within the universe, offering both simplicity and profound wisdom. These delicate creatures feel like a direct connection to the Divine, embodying unconditional love and grace. White butterflies also represent transformation and growth, mirroring the cyclical nature of life - from birth to death, and beyond - guiding us through each phase of our learning journey in this world. Though their lifespan is brief, their beauty leaves an indelible mark, teaching us that, like them, our time on earth is finite. In their fleeting existence, they inspire us to live fully, embracing each day with presence and authenticity.
